This year's first butterfly photo


 This is not the first butterfly I have seen, it s just the first photo I have taken.  And this is a cropped photo.

What a pretty picture. The only butterfly picture I have ever gotten was of a dead butterfly. I'm just never fast enough and they never stay in one spot long enough

your first is a beauty. we are finally getting a few here. we used to have a ton of them but all the flowers disappeared and they did also.

It's a wonderful photo...the background nice and blurred and a focus on butterfly and flower. I can't do that with my phone camera!

We have so few butterflies around our area. I'm not sure why.
You do great photography especially in the macro mode.
