This is the house that goes with the old farm....I don't know if it is as deserted as it appears. I see curtains, and there was a cat. However, there was no other signs of life.

The house certainly matches the barns. Hard to say if anyone is living there. Sometimes a couple of farms are joined together and the older house is abandoned in favor of the newer one, but a lot of the stuff still left in both the house and barns. Farm cats often will pick where they want to live and as long as they are fed they're happy. Nice job on your photos!
What a great photo, Rose. I think it's very possible that someone is living there...maybe alone. Doesn't look like a fun place to be, though.
Definitely needs some TLC. Potentially a beautiful house. Looks a tad sad this way.
When I see an old house with character like this, I always wish I could see it as it once was and see inside. I love older houses and this one just seems to say "home"....or it did once upon a time.
This house has certainly seen better days. Actually, I think it looks a little sad, but I bet it has many stories to tell.
Sometimes I see old homes like this that I think are abandoned but there's actually an older person living there.
I've been taking photos of old barns and houses lately. I think our minds "think" alike :)
A nice old house--I'd love to see a roaring fire in the fireplace and hear laughter floating out over the snow.
