I am not saying this is perfect....I think it would have been much better if we had had a brilliant blue sky. But we didn't....so no use whining about it. However, so far these are the best shots I have ever got of this bridge.

Usually, it is one of two things...either things are green and growing and blocking the view, or else it is snowing. To get the shots, I am looking across a cornfield...it is probably a bit more than looking diagonally across a city block. It is one of the few white covered bridges I have seen in our area. It is in Parke County, Indiana which has approximately 31 bridges...I don't know if that is before or after some were burned down.

That's definitely something we don't see here. We have some old wooden rail bridges on some back roads, but I've never seen a covered one here. Nice!
That is one of the longest covered bridges I've seen. And your photos are excellent, blue sky or not! At least without bright sun you didn't blow out the whites!
These are fine bridge shots. Your time of year helped you get this fine view. A covered bridge has such a basic appeal. Very nice images.
I know the feeling about wanting to capture something with a BLUE sky...but I think this turned out well. Rose!
I think this turned out pretty good Rose. I've yet to find a covered bridge to photograph...Lucky you!
I like this covered bridge. You got a couple of good shots.
