While waiting...

When we get Lorelei, we meet Sarah and/or Jeremy at the mid way point between our places.  The other day we happened to get there just a minute before Sarah and Lo got there.  Right beside the gas station we stop at, there used to be a restaurant.  I don't know what happened to it, but weeds are growing up between the cracks of concrete that remains....I managed to capture this guy there!

Nice photo. You are lucky to see a butterfly.
There are so few around here this summer and my butterfly garden is quiet .... except for the hummingbirds.
