Autumn gold

This was taken the end of August....I thought then that our autumn would be shortened from lack of rain.  Since then we have had enough till I am in hopes of a longer season.

I like this branch with the string of yellow leaves. Very appropriate for out seasonal change.

A few yeas ago, I took a picture just like this! Aren't they beautiful...the color!!! And all lined up as well. And I love that background, it looks like it is snowing!
