Nice photos of the birds in the snow! When it gets cold they really have to pack in the seeds to keep warm, so they're lucky to have found your place.

Beautiful shot Rose. The juncos mostly eat on the ground here too, tho some go to the feeders.

A fine shot of the Junco sitting on a snow covered branch. I have some ground feeders too. Luckily enough falls from the feeder that it takes care of itself.

I never see them on the feeders either. I love your header!
I like Juncos - a sweet little bird.
I toss feed on the ground for the doves. Yesterday there was even a CROW feeding on what I put on the ground. Couldn't get his photo quick enough, though. Today a Blue Jay is joining in the "feast."
Cute little junco. I saw lots of them last year but haven't seen any this year.
Cute little chickadee in the previous post too.
