Lift-off

I took this photo back the first of December and am just now getting around to posting it.  The photo has been cropped.  This was out at the strip pits.  It is kind of blurry in spots, but I still like it.

You caught the bird's wings in a great position. A very effective image. The action is so strong no one should notice the soft spots.

Cool, Hawks are hard to photograph, I know as I've tried to get pictures of them before and like you said they move quickly. You got a great motion shot of this one.
