Just a couple photos this week for Good Fences...

First we have this gate/fence shot taken just a couple weeks ago...

and then we have this.. I have posted a version of it a few years ago. Not the best lighting, but still we can see this Short-eared owl. Several of them used to come to the strip pit area and spend the winter. I have not seen a single one out there in over two years, maybe three.

Just for the heck of it, I will throw this one in, too. I hope you like them....

Small City Scenes said...: Wonderful, Rose. I would love to paint on a piece of our wood fence at the side of the house. I do plant viney plants that cover the fence in the summer time and Bob would not understand why I would paint a scene on the fence. I should ask him.
