From a hot day in Illinois

I have messed with these photos, trying to make them passable...running out of patience with them so I am stopping.
They were all taken the day we took Lorelei to the Aikman Wildlife Refuge.  All taken in the middle of the day.
Converting to B&W was the only way to make this one at all presentable...
That led to trying one of the others...yep, I think I like it better this way.

they are fine but I do like it best in black and white. and I am thinking some of this may be covered in snow today

Rose, I'm glad that you have a problem with your pictures too, it doesn't make me feel like the "Lone Ranger." B&W can often save an awful picture. Your first one with the tall top is unlike anything that I've seen around here. Seeing you posting sure is a great sign, I hope that it means that Roger is improving! Please stop back as you can!

Nice barn finds. It's interesting what edits work with one photo that just don't look good on another. Nice work.
