Look me in the eye.....

I bet this hawk recognized our Rav4....I chase him on a pretty regular basis.  Or else one very similar and in the same area.  This one was taken today...
And this one was taken October 21.....

Kinda scary to see him up close! We often have hawks circling above our woods. We are afraid to leave Theo on the open deck because of the hawks.

Nice pics. We have a Cooper and Sharp Shinned that often visit. I rarely see a Red Tail. Once I pulled over to get a good shot of a Cooper who was sitting on top of a light pole. He just sat there and looked down at me, actually looking me in the eye. I love them.
