This first barn must have been beautiful!! But most farmers just can't afford to fix up their barns nowadays. I would love to have seen it in it's HAYday (pun intended). I see your beautiful blue heron below! How did I miss that post? I's a wonderful photo, you even captured his flashing eyes.

The first barn's roof is going to cave in anytime now.
Even though it's in sad shape, that first old barn appeals to me. I think it's the colours.
These are very interesting barns. The first one will not last long. The others look to be in good shape. A very successful post.

I feel sad for the barns that are neglected. Sigh!
Love that first barn - I find it interesting that at one time someone loved it enough to paint it lavender.
