Barns from the archives...

I really am not sure that this was a barn, whatever it was, it is no longer standing.  I cannot remember the last time we saw it standing, but I remember going by and thinking 'It is gone!'  I always wondered what it was used for.

This barn is on a few miles farther than the first one...I have featured it before, but it has been a while.

Just had to sneak this road in...it is the one we travel on after I photographed the barn above.

Six minutes later I was taking this photo....

Sorry I have no new photos to show, but hoping these are new ones to most people.

I love your road! That may be my favorite. I also really like the ivy on the first barn.

I wonder if it is a barn at all--but very cool anyway. Love the road---I'll travel it along with you.

That open boarding on the first picture makes it look as though it was used for drying some kind of crop. Tobacco???
The last picture is a lovely composition.

Archival photos are good for me :)
For some reason, I like the inclusion of the barbed wire in the second photo.

...Rose, now that's my kind of road! The barb looks great shot through the fence. They may be old to you, but they are new to me! Thanks my friend for sharing, and keep on a snapping.

Wonderful barns - great color in the photos. I don't mind if you post from the archives - some I've seen and enjoy seeing again - and some are new to me.
