Carolina Wren


If I could only choose one bird as a favorite, it would more than likely be the Carolina Wren.

Me too! Or any kind of wren. They are so tiny and spunky!!! This is a wonderful photo! He looks quite fattened up.

That looks very similar to our European Wrens, though they don't seem to favour bird feeders.

Though not my favorite, I love to watch them flit around the feeders and pond. They love the meal worms I put out that are meant for the Blue Birds, but I don't mind if they share. I love their song.
