Seems like this is now the most common dragonfly out at the strip pits. I see a few others, but nothing compared to these.

If you look close you can almost see their 'smile' in these last two shots.

Splendid clarity captured in these close-ups of the dragonflies!! I love the mosaic patterns i their wings.
hmmmmm, spotted wings. The ones around here are like net wings, with just a few spots on the tips. I guess they are all different.
