This was taken back in July. I hope I get to see more, but I would not bet on a chance to photograph any of them.

he is taking a rest on the gravel Rose... we see hundreds of dragonflies eating mosquitoes in our front yard in summer... in 17 years i only got two photos with them on the deck and some in flight... they are our friends because they keep the mosquitoes down....peter:)
