The top one was taken up in Howe, Indiana....the second one I don't quite remember where. It was somewhere on the way home from Shipshewana.
The top house has a date of 1891 on it...but I did not see any date on the second one. I could not help but wonder if they were built by the same builder...they sure look similar to me.

They are quite similar, Rose. But the 2nd one looks newer--either newer or renovated... Maybe it's that fancy window in the 2nd one --or the modern looking porch... ???? I don't know --but they look like the could at least be cousins!!!!

Yes, they do look similar. I'm more fond of the porch on the first one, though. =)
I see the similarity. They both have that angled area. I was trying to decide if they were flips of each other.
