These barns were taken on our drive April 26, while in Tennessee...

The top one was a drive by, the bottom two I think we actually paused and I took them.

I really like this last one best...feel like I can lean on that fence almost.
I am posting these with the plans of linking them to Tricia's Barn Charm meme. If you have a barn, please link yours, too.

Wonderful old barns that look to be well-loved by their owners.
love these! And I LOVE that tradition of putting quilt blocks on them!!! I've only just learned of it from your blog and one other!
Each one is so bright red and in great shape. Not too often do you see that.
Love the quilt on the first one. I wonder if it has any significance.
All three barns are in good shape and are so unique - nice shots!
Wow those are big!Beautiful!
I like the idea of the quilt barn. I don't believe we have that in Ontario.
(BTW, if you click on the 'Sleepy Hollow" on my previous post, you can get to their website and see inside the B&B)
These are beautiful red barns for Barn Charm. I'm glad you found them when you were down here in Tennessee.
Red barns are always the most charming I think.
Of course you know I love the quilt barn!
What beautiful trio of red barns! Don't lean too far on that fence--it looks like it has some barbed wire stretched along it!
A beautiful barn, Rose, still much loved by its owners. Love the quilt design on the side.
Ha! I see that Nancy said essentially the same thing about the barn being loved. Hmmm. Must be true. :)
Love the quilt barn. The last pic has great composition. Great shots.
They're all great & I love all 3... I just can't pic a favorite, though! =)
That last one does look like it has more 'exploring advantages'! heheheee
I like how the bottom 2 have the opening just under the roof... I haven't noticed that feature on any around here...
Great big thank you, Rose!!! =)
A fine series of barns, Rose. I like the steep "snow proof" roof on the last one. Very nice post for Barn Charm.
Wonderful barns! I love that quilt barn, too...what a great tradition.
Being a quilter, I really like the first shot, but they are all special and interesting to compare. Love all the red. Such a nicely photographed series.
All great, but love that second one.
More winners!
