I did not know which of these views I liked best, so just posting both of them. I do like it in B&W best....

It was near an abandoned house...but the house had a big satellite dish in the back yard. I had to get at this angle to cut it out of the picture.

I like it in B&W...I want Jim to put up a tire swing somewhere here, but I think maybe one of these would be nicer :)
I think I like the B&W better...just something really peaceful about B&W.
i love the color one. just sweet and inviting.
Both are attractive images, but he B&W stresses the graphic parts of the shot more effectively, while the color has a realistic or natural appeal. Nice post!
Both are very nice, but the B&W is more dramatic. :) It's so good to be able to have both.
Don said it perfectly about the differences, but I'm really liking the first one. I can almost feel the air, smell the grass...
I also like the black and white photo. It conveys the idea of the age of the swing very nicely.
I like both. The size of the top one is perfect with the color and the cropped shot is perfect for B&W. Good eye!
