I have no memory

Going through the archives last night, I came across this...I have no idea where it was taken, or what sort of building it was.  I think it is kind of unique.

That ornament looks like silver. It looks like the moon inside! But I imagine it is a light fixture.

That is a remarkable piece of art work over this entrance. It was well worth the shot whenever, and wherever it was. Nice one.
