One of my treasures...

In 2011, we celebrated our 35th anniversary.  Lorelei's mom painted this gourd for me.  It features my kitties, except for Mama Cat.
This one is my second Cougar...not Cougar, Jr...but just the second cat I named Cougar.  But he did have a very similar personality and was 'my' kitty.
This one is Puss Puss....she is a daddy's girl.
And this is Bubbie...he was originally all about our other daughter and Roger.  Now he just loves everyone and thinks everyone should love him and respond to his every need.

In ways this is showing more than one treasure...

I will be linking to Tuesday's Treasures.

Beautifully painted gourd with the faces of your kitties. Your daughter can paint very well. This is a great treasure with many pretty treasures painted on it.

Oh yes, it IS about more than the gifted guord. It's a special friend too that creates a gift by hand knowing exactly how it will touch your heart. You are Blessed.

Creative artwork using your kitties images and the gourd itself pretty in shape – which remind me the simple drawing of a cat we used to do in childhood!

That is an amazing gourd painting, or rather paintings on one gourd. Difficult work too to get all those details on such a small space. i am impressed.
