The fog adds a mysterious atmosphere to the photo, yes that's right!
I agree, but would prefer snow. It looked like this here today, minus the pretty barn.
A beautiful old barn in the fog.
We have had fog here the previous three days which is unusual for us. Took some pics with my iPhone but they don't evoke the reaction that your photo does: the subtle feeling that some drama just out of sight is about to ease into view.
I also agree about fog and snow. I have several foggy day pics but no snowy ones yet this winter.
