I even Googled it, and cannot find what the Granny White House is. This is a nice large cabin, though. It could be comfy and roomy.
What a beautiful log house! Wow!
I love log cabins/houses. We have one in town and Andy's folks had one at Holland Lake in Montana. Andy helped build it when he was a teen. It was the scene of many family memories.

Not a thing you ever see in the UK, though I have seen them in the Alps and Pyrenees. That looks a beautifully constructed example.
I love log cabin houses. Even the new versions of them that are abundant in our area. I went to the Google Machine to learn about Granny White. Since she lived in the Nashville TN area, I'd like to know more about why they call this The Granny White House. More Google Machine for me!! lol. You always send me on a search.

This is a solid and beautiful log cabin.
I.LOVE.THIS. log cabins are my thing, we wanted to live in one but never did.
It's wonderfuil that they were able to move and recontruct the house in a new location.
Great that they have done it up again and maintined this more than 196 years old Log Cabin intact!! A fabulous imge !!
