I could not make up my mind which of these to show, so am just going to post them both. Part of what I like about both of them is the shadows playing across them.

I have posted photos of both photos in the past, but didn't like any of them as much as I like these.

These were taken Saturday evening...I am linking them to Tricia's Barn Charm. Come join the fun and share your barn with us.

Very nice. The tractor in the first one and the shadow in the second make each very special. Great images.
i love the roof on the top one! really adds a lot of character! :)
Love the tractor...glad to see it is still getting use.
Because you couldn't make up your mind I got to view two great photos. Keep on clicking.
hi rose - (fyi, your profile only shows this one blog and doesn't list pics & pieces)
the bluebonnets actually have a very sweet and heady scent. i walked out to get the mail today and the wind was blowing across the pasture towards me on the driveway - it was almost overwhelming - sweet with just a bit of pungeance... :)
Great shadow play! I am glad you shared them both.
The shadows on both of these barns are very nice. Thanks for sharing both with us.
Great shots...the shadows really add to the charm!
I wouldn't be able to choose either. They are both great!
Got some great shadows at this time of day. Beautiful!
I understand your dilemma...both are filled with lots of charm.

Both shots are lovely and I love the shadows in them. I can see why you were having a hard time choosing. I often have a hard time choosing too.
I agree Rose - the shadows add to the rural beauty!
They are both fine barns. The first for its excellent wood textures with the tractor sitting in the doorway. The red barn has that wonderful and very long extension at the side making it a very interesting one to investigate...if that were possible! :-)
I like both these barns. I love the old wood and the tractor in the first and i wond what the other side of the second looks like. MB
Very nice Rose. As usual, I like both barns. :)
I like the shadow play, too... they're both beautiful!
Looks like the trees are starting to bud up there, also... finally, huh?! LoL! =)
Thank you muches & bunches, Rose!!! =)
Hi, Rose !!!
Beautiful photos!!!
^__________^
Good to see they are being used. Makes me feel good knowing that.
Both are great shots, Rose. Well done! :)
You had perfect timing on the light to get such great shadows! I love the roof on that first one too.
Both neat barn shots, Rose and I agree that the shadows are wonderful.
I like the second one best, but both are great shots.
Hiya Rose,
You have certainly created a lovely atmosphere by the play of light and shadow. It seems a spot inviting one to linger a little.
They are great shots...both of them. I think I'm most fascinated with the old building. The shadows ARE so interesting!
