Barn Charm again....

I forget where this little barn was...
but I sure liked it...it is the perfect size for a studio but looks like it needs a little work.
I am using it for my entry to Tricia's Barn Charm meme. Check out the meme and join if you have a barn...even if it is an old post.

I like your thoughts that it could be turned into a studio.
I love the posts around the tree with the birdhouses - an added charm.

Great shape...yes, looks as if it could be a studio. That little "overhang" on the end is really fascinating. Maybe the weather hits that end??

It is very cute, wish it was taken better care of.

This is a real charmer! It would make a perfect studio. From the looks of it it would probably cost more to rehab it than to build new, but the new wouldn't have anywhere near the character.

Nice barn - always sad to see them neglected. I am glad we have Barn Charm to get to see so many of these before they disappear completely!

Rose it WOULD make a great studio! I am all taken with the Bluebird houses on the posts in the first and second images. It looks as though it has a partial concrete foundation. Lovin' the green grass :) Red barns~charming.

This little mini barn is the cutest one ever. I would love to have it here on our property. It could be turned into a precious apartment. A great find. genie
