The Blue Elephant

These are drive by shots of the wall of The Blue Elephant...it is a junk store in Williamsport, Indiana.
We stopped there years ago, but would like to have time to stop in now.

I love the wagon wheels on the wall. Light a shadow. Very nice.

Looks like lots of treasures there, especially to decorate the garden.

Looks like a very interesting place to go. Love those wheels on the wall. I'll bet there is a treasure trove of goods in there.

These places are so inherently interesting with all the possibilities they offer. Nice shot of the Blue Elephant's wall and goodies waiting for a buyer.

hey Rose. you know, I used to always stop at places like this. now? hardly ever. because there's nothing I want! but I sometimes go with friends who are looking for something in particular, and it's a fun thing to do. I have my eye on that white metal lawn chair...
happy day to you.

How sweet to see our junk store on your blog. We looked for almost 10 years for a matching set of wheels that were affordable. You are the reason The Blue Elephant is successful- and this is Americana at it's best. Thanks for making our day.
