It's time for Friday's Fences again, and again I am using from the archives. I just simply have not been out and about to get anything new.
The first one was color, but I converted it to B&W....
this one looks B&W but this is actually 'in color.'
*************
I am a bit behind in blogging...had a couple things come up, then Sarah brought Lo down and left her and she spent the night the other night. In fact, she told her mom to go on home...and she did not want to go home yesterday but had to because we had an appointment we had to keep this morn.
I am going to spend the evening try to catch up with everyone....

your post made me laugh. change to b&w and not b&w. :) i do really like that first view...
I think the conversion to black and white was a great choice Rose.
Love it!
i love the snowy view. love black & white views. (:
Love the B&W! and the hoarfrost is a nice touch.
Love the black and white
I love both, but especially the one with the frost.
Thanks for visiting and your nice comment on my blog.
The second picture is amazing!! It actually looks a bit like frozen fog. It must be frost, your capture is really beyond words, it looks like tiny white leaves...
I like that second shot...It's cute what Lo said.
Great fence scene but I was intrigued with the frost photo.
That's some great frost on your fence! Great crystal structure. Thanks for sharing! Here is my entry.
By the looks of the fallen leaves, I think this was FALL. Love the b.w effect!
Great conversion to B&W on the first one! And, boy, I LOVE that frosty second one!
That second photo is simply awesome!
What beautiful and clever photos...you are very talented!!
such pretty pics :)
i am loving your archives, so keep on diving. beautiful fence shot
Awesome b&w, Rose & I love the black vignette... definitely frame & hang! =)
Don't worry about 'catching up'! We'll be here when you get unbusy! =)
I like the edit black n white and the natural black n white!
your conversion to black white was very successful. I like the near black gate with lighter shades of gray behind. Very well done. I wouldn't have guessed the second one was in color until I looked very closely and could see a bit tint here and there. It's a another good close up.
The fence shot And of course I LOVE the hoar frost.t looks very good in monochrome, Rose.
Beautiful photos. I love them!
Love the black and white photo and the not black and white photo too!
Beautiful- I like the first one!
Very nice black and white photos.
I especially like the first one.
Regards and best wishes
Both are lovely photos, Rose. :)
Hope everything gets sorted out on your end.
I know what you mean, Rose. I too like to visit everyone regularly, but sometimes life interferes, doesn't it? Always enjoy your B & W photography. The first photo looks like it could be the bookcover for a great mystery. In the second photo--is that hoarsfrost? Always heard about it, but never get anything that heavy in my part of the U.S.
Great B&W in the first and also the second, even though it's not. LOL And is that ice? Very cool! No pun intended. Great captures!
I'm a lot behind in blogging myself, but then I have few people who read so I'm not too worried about it (which is probably one reason I have few people who read lol).
I've been a bit down ("in the depths of despair" as Anne of Green Gables would say lol) and haven't had much interest in writing, art work, photography or anything else. I didn't even do Barn Charm this week because I've been so bad about getting around to view other peoples entries the past couple of weeks.
I'm slowly getting back on track.
I love that first photo. :-)
I love that fences shot. Autumn I guess. Looks great in BW. :)
I love that last shot...pretty! Lo is such a lot of fun for you guys :-)
