First for
Friday's Fences, I ran across this old shot and thought it would make a good entry....

then day before yesterday we went for a little drive and found property belonging to the DNR, and went for a walk back through the woods. This fence that is falling down was back in there.

And this was just a drive by shot in our ramble...through the front windshield so not the best quality. If you want to join the fun, check out the
Friday's Fences meme.

I love old wooden fences, especially hand-split. My husband built my garden's out of walnut he split.
Your photos are still nice even if they are old.

gorgeous view!! i was going to say i love the 1st ...but the last has the color ... i love yellow. wish they would stay yellow for a while longer ... they are so gorgeous!! (:
Wow! I love those yellow flowers, the fence strong enough to handle!
The last one is my favorite! I love forsythia and always have even as a young girl. The fence reminds me of the fence at my grandparents place that surrounded the yard to keep the cattle out.
Oh wow, I can't wait until my forsythia bush is like that, it's only been in a year so it's pretty scraggly yet.
What is it about a fence that captures our eye? Is it the thought that there is something wonderful just beyond that fence? Oh well, I loved the shot with the forsythia...
that is one poppin forsythia! reminds me that i have to run down the road and get a pic of my favorite grouping of forsythia, which happens to come with a fence, for next week, before it's too late!
Those fences has a lot of character. The beautiful colors on the third photo just pop out of the view, awesome!
Friday Fences
Just something about forsythia and fences..LOL Have a great weekend
i like them all, that yellow bush is awesome.
Three very good fence pictures. Each has its own appeal, but all are very successful in my opinion.
nice barn, nice fences, & love the pop of color of the forsythia =)
Great rustic fences! And oh that forsythia! It just screams SPRING!
I love that last shot - look at all of that colour. Stunning.
I love these pictures! The forsythia is beautiful!
You always find good fences. I especially like the first one.
Beautiful! I love wooden fences - especially when I see barbed wire rolled up around the poles ... it tugs at something in my soul.
Love that old barn in the background and the broken fence! Wonderful photos, Rose!
that is some bright yellow!!
great photos, all 3 of them
Your first photo reminds me of my aunt's farm in the mountains of eastern Kentucky. The barn is open and falling down as are the fences and other structures around it. Love that place though. Thanks for the reminder, Rose.
Love all your fences, Rose. And the forsythia is magnificent!
Very nice shots.
Regards and best wishes
