A little imagination....

Great photo! When I see a house like this, I so wish I had the means to restore it. It would take a ton of cash but what a labor of love that would be!
it is almost painful to look at - the pit of your stomach feels the loss...
My thoughts and questions echo yours exactly. Now it looks like it would cost more to renovate it then to just tear it down, too bad.
