From the summer...

 I took this back in the summer, but did not even download it till about 3 or 4 weeks ago.  I have had it in a draft and am just now publishing it.

From the past....

 I keep thinking I am going to sneak off go for a drive but I never do.  So I will use a photo from the archives.

Just one more

 I will stop after this one...just had to show a few more of the pumpkins carved by the kids over in/around Arthur, Illinois.  I kind of like the one standing on its head...middle row, second from the right.

Hunter's moon....

 This was taken last night...it was not yet dark, this is just how it turned out.  It was still very low in the sky.  I am hoping to remember to watch again tonight...

We always called them buzzards...

When I was a kid we always just called the Turkey Vulture a buzzard.  There were never near as many where I grew up as there is here.

 We were back to Eagle Creek Nursery today...This was maybe the first photo I took while there.
