Barn Charm time again...

It's that time of week again...time for Barn Charm.  I am again using photos taken this past winter.
This first was taken on the way home from Goose Pond a while back.  Not sure I could find it again...
I really liked the looks of it...the roof looks new.  Like someone is going to take care of this barn for a long time to come.
This other barn was taken during one of the last two days of snow of winter.
I hope you take the time to join and enjoy Barn Charm.

I like the starkness of barns against the winter snow...it seems to bring out their character. I wonder why they did not paint the whole barn ? Makes for a great photo. :)

i like the weathering on the 2nd. like a lean-to was removed to expose the red painted part.

While I love red barns, I also really like the faded red paint on these.

I love the second one Rose! I hope things settle down around here so I can join Barn Charm again. I came upon some good ones I've not posted yet.

A couple of nice ones! I like the contrast of that brand new roof against the weathered wood siding.

Nice green roof on that barn, which should preserve it for many years! : )

That is a nice looking barn with the new roof. Now they just need to fix up the doors.
I like the processing you did on the last one.

They look like nice, sturdy barns. I'm glad to see the new roofing which means it is being taken care of!

i would say the new roof means they are going to continue to use that barn... i like the second one, the rusty color on the side along with the darker colors, is very pleasing and charming.

That first barn is huge! Excellent "find" to shoot. The second is such a good reminder that winter was here not long ago. It has very interesting color.

A huge barn! That snow makes me feel cold. I'm glad it is finally warmer here.

The roof definitely looks new on the first shot. This makes me happy! I love when people take care of their barns. Great photo's!

The first barn looks like it does have a new roof but the rest needs some work and maybe that will happen. Love the second one too. Partly painted at one time. Nice shots, Rose. MB

That second one has such charm! It looks like a postcard or a painting.

Great shots. That first one with the green roof is my favorite. It does look like someone is taking care of it. Not an inexpensive task these days, but I'm glad that this one has hope. It's a beauty. :-)

Thanks for visiting my blog this week. :-)
