Oh my gosh, this looks so dangerous! This church sure has an unusual name, as well.
Simple but it gets the job done...
It all looks a bit precarious to me. Maybe someone has faith in the power of prayer and can therefore disregard the logic of health and safety legislation.

He must be on Jacob's ladder! Nice to see that the church is well maintained. At first glance, it looks like the ladder is not securely anchored to the ground.
it is a truly beautiful little church, i love the different roof lines. it still looks dangersous the way he has the ladder propped but maybe a tad better than on the ground. i love thier swinging sign

Yes, the ladder does look a bit strange like that. :)
I can't figure out what the bottom of the ladder is stuck in but it doesn't look very safe. The person on latter, just by his body language, doesn't look very comfortable up there. This is a lovely church. Beautiful architecture.

I use to stick my ladder on the basement access stairway to get up to a high place. I knew the ladder wouldn't move if it were on the step.
