Do you see what I see?

First of all, enlarge the above photo and see if you see anything interesting in it. Oh, I think the whole photo has a weird feel to it. This place always seems like it is on another planet and I have been there several times. It usually has a little more water in it when I am there but it always feels kind of strange. We always stop and get out and look and see what we can see.

Now look at the photo below! Isn't he a big, handsome fellow?

That's quite a handsome frog! You had a good eye to pick him out. Was he singing?:)

A nice close up of this impressive-sized frog. I agree the pond has an eerie quality to it. Fine post, Rose.

Oh my goodness, he is a big boy (or is it a girl?).

I have noticed a LOT of algae on ponds this summer, more than usual, I think.

He's a big one! That was darn nice of him to sit still for you. ;-)

Goodness....I would never have spotted him in the first photo if you hadn't mentioned him and showed the close-up. Great shots...both of them.
