Lilies by the roadside....

I take photos of these lilies every year...they grow throughout our area. Any time we are out in the country, we will see these growing.

in wisconsin, we had some called tiger lilies - orange like this with black stripes, too. they used to be pretty prolific. thanks for the memory.

I like the close in image of this lily. The lightning gives it a glow that is very appealing.
