From Lorelei's Corner of the World...

First of all a few pics of Lorelei with a Luna moth...I think her mom found it where she works.  The place she works is at the edge of town and the woods are near her.  She is always finding something there...and if she don't find it, someone else will see something and tell her.  They know how she and Lorelei loves things like this....well, I do too.

You might want to click to expand the view.

You got to admit that they are both beauties!

Next we have this little guy...she actually had several on her hand at one point.

I am not sure what these are called...

And here she has another treasure...she did let it go before we left.

Just thought I would show some creatures from my part of the world...linking to My Corner of the World.

I love it! Lorelei is The Creature Whisperer! And a large Luna is so special! Your pictures are so nice and big that clicking on them actually made them smaller!

Wow, that's a fascinating moth. It matches Lorelei's outfit too.

Hello

Lorelei looks cute with the pretty dress and the Luna Moth. It is a beautiful moth. I like the pretty butterfly and the soft shelled turtle. Great photos.
Enjoy your day and week ahead.

I love her treasures, and that luna is spectacular. it is the most wonderful feeling when a butterfly lights on me. our Red Admirals do that to me when I stand in the sunlight. one lit on my arm and it was so soft I could hardly feel it... great post. Love Lorlei's dress

Love the pics I have only seen a Luna moth in nature once and it really left an impression on me Love that shade of green against her dress. I'm so envious that you have spring and green stuff we are covered in white again

Yes, Lorelei IS a beauty! Such a precious child. How sweet that she's not scared of any of these critters fluttering around her. That moth looks like it's smiling right at the screen. And the other fellow looks like a small turtle. These are fantastic photos today, Rose.
